UV absorbers share with you the main products of antioxidants

1. Antioxidant 1010. White fluid powder, melting point 120~125℃, low toxicity, is a good antioxidant. It is widely used in polypropylene resins. It is an additive with high thermal stability and very suitable for use under high temperature conditions. It can prolong the service life of products. In addition, it can also be used for most other resins. The general addition amount is not more than 0.5%

2. Antioxidant 1076. White or slightly yellow crystalline powder, melting point 50~55℃, non-toxic, insoluble in water, soluble in solvents such as benzene, acetone, ethane and esters. It can be used as an antioxidant for resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, ABS and acrylic. It has the characteristics of good oxidation resistance, low volatility, and washing resistance. The general dosage is not more than 0.5%; it can be used as an auxiliary for food packaging materials.

3. Antioxidant CA. White crystalline powder, melting point 180~188℃, low toxicity, soluble in acetone, ethanol, toluene and ethyl acetate. It is suitable for the antioxidant additives in polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, ABS and polyamide resins, and can be used for wires and cables in contact with the same. The general dosage does not exceed 0.5%

4. Antioxidant 164. White or light yellow crystalline powder or flakes. The melting point is 70°C, and the boiling point is about 260°C. It is non-toxic. Used in a variety of resins and has a wide range of uses. It is more suitable for food packaging molding materials (polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, ABS, polyester and polystyrene) resin, the general dosage is 0.01%~0.5%

5. Antioxidant DNP. Light gray powder, melting point around 230℃, soluble in aniline and nitrobenzene, but insoluble in water. Suitable for polyethylene and polypropylene. Impact-resistant polystyrene and ABS resin, in addition to having anti-oxidation properties, also have better thermal stability and inhibit the influence of copper and lemon metal. The general dosage should not exceed 2%

6. Antioxidant DLTP. White crystalline powder, melting point around 40℃, low toxicity, insoluble in water, soluble in benzene, carbon tetrachloride and acetone. Used as auxiliary antioxidant for polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS and polyvinyl chloride resins, which can change the heat resistance and oxygen resistance of products. The general dosage is 0.05%~1.5%

7. Antioxidant TNP. Light yellow viscous liquid, freezing point lower than -5℃, boiling point higher than 105℃, odorless, non-toxic, insoluble in water, soluble in acetone and ethanol. Benzene and carbon tetrachloride. It is suitable for polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, impact-resistant polystyrene, ABS, polyester and other resins. It has high oxidation resistance at high temperatures and the usage amount does not exceed 1.5%.

8. Antioxidant TPP. Light yellow transparent liquid, freezing point 19~24℃, boiling point 220℃, soluble in alcohol, benzene and acetone. Auxiliary antioxidant suitable for polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polypropylene and ABS resin, the usage amount should not exceed 3%.

9. Antioxidant MB. Light yellow powder, melting point greater than 285°C, soluble in ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, insoluble in water and benzene, suitable for antioxidants for polyethylene, polyamide and polypropylene resins; this product does not pollute, does not color, and can be used For white or bright color products. Dosage does not exceed 0.5%.

10. Antioxidant 264. The appearance is white crystals. Melting point 69-71℃; relative density 1.048 (20/4℃); refractive index 1.4859 (75℃). Solubility in the following solvents at room temperature: 25% methanol; 26% ethanol; 30% isopropanol; 40% acetone; 50% petroleum ether; 40% benzene; insoluble in water, glycerin, and propylene glycol. It is odorless, tasteless, and has good thermal stability. As a general-purpose phenolic antioxidant. It is widely used in polymer materials, petroleum products and food processing industries.
