Light Stabilizer for ABS Resin

The hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) on synergistically improving the anti-photooxidative aging performance of ABS resin was compared and studied. The yellow index of ABS resin samples under natural light aging conditions was evaluated. Polybutadiene (PB) rubber phase 1,4 the IR absorption index of C--H in the trans structure and the IR absorption index of C=O produced by photooxidation, Rockwell hardness and gloss change over time. The results show that HALS light stabilizer can keep the yellow index of ABS resin stable after 6 months of natural light aging.
