DSUNPRO^TM AVO, often known as avobenzone, is an effective oil-soluble UV filter with broadband protection against the entire UVA spectrum. Widely used in many commercially available sunscreens and other skincare formulation, it is often combined with other UVB filters to create comprehensive UV protection. Avobenzone is sensitive to light, and therefore, requires photostabilizers to be added in the sunscreen product. In addition, when combining with inorganic sunscreen agents, it could experience destabilization.
